First, make sure that pictures work befor you try ringtones. A limitation with net10 is that it currently only works with polyphonic ringtones (not the real-voice ringtones).

IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM...DOWNLOADING ANY TONES WHAT SO EVER...AND WHEN I DO THE PHONE TEST 1 AND 2 GET THE GREEN CHECKS....STEP 3 HOWEVER IS GOING RED...AND WHEN MY URL FROM THIS SITE POPS UP MY EMAIL LINK NUMBER COMES UP DIFFERENT FROM MY ACTUAL NUMBER...IS THIS NET10S WAY OF BLOCKING US FROM GETTING RINGTONES FROM ANOTHER SITE...AND FOR THE RECORD NET10S RINGTONES ARE OUT OF DATE...THERE SHOULD BE AWAY AROUND THIS...ESPECIALLY WHEN IM ALREADY PAYING TO USE THIER BROWSER...WHEN SOMEONE FINDS A SOLUTION PLEASE LET ME KNOW...MY USER NAME IS OGREME...DONT ASK...THANKS

depends on your carrier. internet charges vary depending on your plan. some plans come with free internet usage but you should call your carrier and check. FYI- crostel ringtones are about 50 to 100 kilobytes in size. Click the phone icon under the ringtone to send it to your phone.

is this 100% free. or will i be charged for internet access?

click the "profile" link and then select you carrier (it's empty). Then take the ringtone test..
