# Posted: 7 Feb 2008 18:42:38 i used to be able to download ringtones but now it is not letting me do anything. its not even accepting the phone test. it will accept an sms text but nothing else. is it the phone or am i doing something wrong. please help! |

As in you used to be able to download them from this site, or you used to be able to download them from Get It Now? Have you changed your cell phone plan between "then" and "now"? By changing I mean removed features from your account, such as picture messaging, or even mobile web? |

# Posted: 29 Feb 2008 17:08:43 no, my cell phone plan hasnt changed. i was downloading from this site but my old phone got water damage and they had to send me a new phone. still lg 8500. i can receive the text but it wont let me download the ringtones. |
