[b][/b] hey i got an Env with unlimited picture and text message to any network and if i send a ring tone from this site to my cell i will not be charge right because i guess it sends it in the form of a text and then u save the sound?

There are so many variations of phone plans that I can't be sure. You might want to just try a ringtone and then check your bill.
One thing to remember is that Crostel does not charge for the downloads. If you see any fees after your test it will be for the bandwidth or text messaging charge from your carrier for non-unlimited type plans.

haha well i sent like 3 or 4 to my phone and that was or the day before and nothing has shown yet
