Hello, I'm new to this. when i send a tone to my phone. it sends the link and such, but it doesnt let me download the File. if it helps, I have a Samsung Glyde

is that verizon? if so, you need the pix (picture messaging) plan with them and you may need to try a few times before the ringtone will make it....

Verizon works with Crostel for many people but , in general, is not great for content downloads.

I have the Samsung Glyde also. When i try and send myself a realtone ringtone, it just opens the pic/vid message...no sound...just the URL to a WAP address...but i can't open the link...

yeah wtf is going on i knew it was too good to be true i hate verizon !
