For those people who have been trying to download a ringtone and recieve but cant hear once you download it....!! (Well it worked for me.)
1. Got to a ringtone on your phone that you did not buy from Verizon. Listen to it. (as if u were going to set it as a ringer)
2. Go to OPTIONS while the ringtone is playing. The look for something that says FILE INFO or something in that area. Then see what it says under FILE TYPE. (example: MP3, MID, WMA, MP4, ZIP etc.)
3. Then go to the of Crostel.com and click on MY SPACE.
4. Then click on MY PROFILE.
5. Look for MEDIA TYPE and change it to "AUDIO/MIDI"
6. Then look for EXTENSION and change it to what the FILE INFO (Step 2) says.
7. Make sure you click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.
This should work if it does not then just keep playing around with the MEDIA TYPE and EXTENSION. I hope i helped some people out......if not sorry!
