Crostel forum / Nextel / Cannot download ringtone |

# Posted: 20 Sep 2006 15:51:35 When I try to open the ringtone from my message inbox, the file is represented by a question mark as if the file type is unrecognized (or maybe too large). Does anyone have any recommendation on how to fix this and download the ringtone. |

Lately, I've sent music ringtones to my phone and after I open the text and press "Download" it says "Unable to Download"??? I don't understand why if it worked so well with prior ringtones. Does anyone have any advise? |
