# Posted: 16 Jan 2008 19:16:08 i just got a newer phone a LG ux245 from US cellular do i need to create a new account because now i can't receive ringtones. Its saying sent ok but i'm not getting anything. |

# Posted: 17 Jan 2008 00:27:21 If you have the same phone number you probably need to take the phone test again. It will update the info for the new phone. If you have a different number you need to take the phone test again and update your profile. I had to do this recently with my husbands phone when he got a new one. He got a new phone and a new number. |
