i just got a newer phone a LG ux245 from US cellular do i need to create a new account because now i can't receive ringtones. Its saying sent ok but i'm not getting anything.

If you have the same phone number you probably need to take the phone test again. It will update the info for the new phone.

If you have a different number you need to take the phone test again and update your profile.

I had to do this recently with my husbands phone when he got a new one. He got a new phone and a new number.
