Your 'carrier' is the company that provides your phone service. They are the people you pay every month to keep your phone number active.
If you send me the website of your carrier, I will try to add support for you. In the meantime- if your phone has a web browser in it, you can download ringtones from here by typing the wap address into the phone like this:
wap.crostel.com/24464
You can find these links below every ringtone and picture on this site. Make sure you type it into your phone and not your pc.

www.globe.com.ph =========> that's the website for my phone's Carrier
I try sending messages to my phone and it DOES send from the PC but my phone never received the message.
My phone is a Nokia 3220, im having trouble finding the web browser... is it in the "SERVICES" menu and is it the "GO TO ADDRESS" option??? Everytime i open that, it prompts me for a web address.
