Crostel forum / SMS / Text Messaging / New to Crostel! Have no clue what to do. Can anyone give Crostel101 pointers? |

# Posted: 7 Mar 2007 17:13:44 Edited by: TailsPrower86 1). lets say u have a picture or a ringtone that u want soo bad on ur phone first u have to know what phone u have if its anything with Tracfone or Net10 don't ask for Real Ringtones only reg ringtones work. 2).to upload a picture go to the picture u want and right click it and select Save As then put it in your pictures section of your computer then go to Paint load the picture on paint and then save as again in JPG mode since BMP will not work it may appear in ART when u go to save As soo make sure u change it to Bmp before going on to Paint then go to your Myspace section on Crostel and move ur scroll bar over until u see the menu that says Upload click Upload and then the 2nd selection where it has Browse click browse locate the picture that u saved in JPG click it then select okay and then clicik upload it will say after its uploaded 1 file uploaded then click it again and it should save the pictures can be in GIF mode (which means it can move and JPG basically like actual pictures as for ringtones doug will probably have to tell you that stuff) to have ur ringtones or pictures sent to ur phone go to urMyspace and scroll down to ur ringtone/Picture then click on the cell phone on the Left side thats grey then click it and just select okay and just download it to your phone 3).Your Myspace can be transformed if u want it to look cool soo lets say u want it decked out do like u would on myspace find a background from like these sites http://www.pimp-my-profile.comorhttp://www.myspacecodes.com or u can go on google or yahoo to find a place for backgrounds and codes then basically go from there and thats all the info i can give ya hope all of this helps you my friend and if u have any questions get in touch with me via comment or with Doug and Thanks alot for joining also come by and grab one of my Crostel Logos that i made for the site they are real cool anyway Take Care |
