# Posted: 13 Jul 2006 22:35:49 Here is the Net10 FAQ: http://www.crostel.com/content/net10_ringtone_faq.html We support Net10 for monophonic ringtones. You need to select "motorola sms" or "nokia sms" in the dropdown menu before sending the ringtone to your phone. |

# Posted: 14 Jul 2006 11:46:48 I tried to download a ringtone for my motorola v170 net10 phone. I received the message but the ringtone did not sound at all like the ring tone was supposed to. I kow it is possible because my free ringtone I got from net10 sounds good. |

# Posted: 16 Jul 2006 17:48:54 Yes, you could say that it has poly ringtones. But only those that came with the phone when you bought it. It is impossible to add polyphonic ringtones to a phone without internet access. |

# Posted: 17 Jul 2006 15:00:32 why do the mono ringtones sound bad. Is their a way to improve them. |

# Posted: 20 Jul 2006 19:02:34 Mono ringtones are short and can only play one note at a time. Some sound better than others. Midi files that begin with drums usually don't convert as well as Midi files that start with melody. The one thing I want to improve is the preview so you have a better idea of how it will sound before you send it to your phone. |

# Posted: 27 Jul 2006 21:19:26 Monophonic ringtones can only play one note at a time so there can be no drums or special instruments. |

# Posted: 7 Aug 2006 13:52:43 I am new and trying to figure out how to create a file to send to my phone or even receive the text message content. I get nothing. Can anyone tell me how to upload music? Does it have to be a midi file? I have wav files will those work to send to my phone? I have a motorola v171 Net10. |
