Doug,
can a motorola c155 download ringtones/wallpapers... when i send it from crostel.. i don't get nothing on my phone... the phone is supposed to have a web browser on it but my prepaid service (tracfone) disabaled it... is thier any way you can send me ringtones/wallpapers as attachments.. becasue i can download attachments...please help

You can download attachments on a c155? I didn't think it was possible. Can you tell me how you do it and what type of attachment works for you?
Currently, for the c155 you need to select "motorola sms" before you send the ringtone. This is because the ringtone needs to be sent as a text message to the phone. We are not able to send wallpapers and pictures to the c155 because it does not have internet.

um.. well tracfone sent me a ringtone... i went into the menu of my phone and selected save attachments.... and i selected an empty spot.. um.. i cant' choose motorola sms b/c when i try to get rintones.. it says get this with your WAP enabled phone.. or send it and it displays my phone number.. no way to choose nokia or motorola sms... plz help!!!

The realtones (mp3 type) do not have the "motorola sms" option because they cannot be sent via sms.
To send a ringtone to c155 you need to pick a standard midi type http://www.crostel.com/my_space/ringtones.php ringtone (non-mp3) and you have to select "motorola sms".
