I sent my ringtone to my telephone, when I click "Go" on the link provided by crostel, it appears a messages that goes ... "The page can not be displayed". What can I do?

I need to find out what is happening to sprint ringtones. I will try to get a sprint phone this weekeng to figure out what the issue is.

Did u ever figure out why it says "page can not be displayed" on sprint phones? I tried to get a ringtone and it wont let me... I can get the pictures tho, but i cant save them.
