I'm doing a walkthru....see if you get the same. If you can, print this out before you start.

1. Find a ringtone/realtone that you want.
2. Click on the cell phone picture below the song
3. Verify that the phone number shows up is yours. If its not, you need to change it on the website, or login with the proper id for the phone you're using.
4. Next to the phone number, click on the SEND button.
5. Wait for the words SENT to appear on the screen
6. Look at your phone. It SHOULD say PIX MSG RECV
7. Open your phone.
8. Press the Message button
9. Select #3 (Inbox 1/##)
10. Your INBOX should read: userid@crostel...Open Me
11. Click OK
12. RECEIVING MESSAGE with a red bar appears
13. When done, click on Open/OK
14. Click on Options
15. Select #6 (Save Sound)
16. You can edit the Name or leave it
17. Select OK
18. That's it! If you want to see your ringtones go to your GET TUNES & TONES and scroll down to your tunes.

Hope this helped.
