when it downloaded and got on to my phone it didn't play and came with this message was removed from the message as not supported but i put it in exactly as needed what happened?

See the next post I just answered. TracFone does not have any phones that support MP3 realtones. Only pictures and MIDI ringtones are supported (and only on the newer phones that have internet access).

it was a midi poly though it was one i tried to upload and it did upload the one i have is a poly

Motorola C261 and no it didn't work i did get the download but it says its not supported when it is a Poly
