I have a Kyrocera K10 with Virgin Mobile. I've tested my number, but never received anything on my phone. I checked the boxes that I didn't receive a message and that the number and carrier are correct. Now what do I do?

leave everything to doug and the other admins and higher supervisors it could be just ur phone hasn't been added i mean i thought my wouldn't work but it did ^^ not my ringtones though ><; even if they are polys

Virgin Mobile is tough. Some people reported that their phone works here but in general, Virgin blocks its customers from getting ring tones and pictures from anyone but them.

I guess I wasn't clear. I ran the test. Never got a text message from Crostel. Checked the box that siad I didn't. Then, checked the box saying my information was correct. After that, nothing happened. No "save," "send," "continue" button. The page didn't change. Nothing.

Me too. Mine is also a Kyocera Candid (Kyocera KX16) and I am with AllTell. And I've tried three times now and have yet to get a text message.

Can you retry the test? It has been improved to work with more phones.
