As stated, I have a Kyocera KX16 (Kyocera Candid) and I'm with AllTel. I have tried several times to get the test text message and still have not received it. I then tried just sending my ringtone (which uploaded fine) to my phone, and I got this:

Sent OK
Motorola SMS Nokia SMS
WAP/Internet
Login to get this ringtone.
********** (I'm not showing my # here)

Now, I don't have internet access on my phone, at least, I don't think I do. I have internet capabilities, but I havent' been able to access it. Does this mean I can't get my ringtone? Can someone help me please? Or, at the least, walk me though the steps if I'm doing something wrong?

Here is how it works: First you have to login. That what the "Login to get this ringtone." message is saying. Then you need to keep "WAP/Internet" selected. (Do not try using Motorola SMS ot Nokia SMS. These options are only for older phones and the ringtones for those are simple monophonic.) "Sent OK" means that the ringtone was delivered to your phone. If you do not hear a beep on your phone and get a message then something went wrong. Try sending a text message from Crostel to your phone and also try taking the phone test that is on your Crostel space after you login.
