for some reason when i try to upload a ringtone it says incoming picture message????? and when i open it it says that the file has been deleted i imagine because its not a picture does anyone have any ideas on why its doing this i have a nokia 6030 with service from t-mobile

missy, what phone model do you have.
You may need to select "older phone" to get the ringtones. Also, only the newest tracfones work with picture messaging and polyphonic ringtones.
