# Posted: 26 Mar 2007 22:43:47 I'm so lost and I really need help. I just got my computer and ripped a song onto windows media player and then uploaded that on crostel. It converted it into an mp3 and sent it to my phone. However, it had no sound when I opened it. I accidentally saved it as a ringtone to my phone and now I have this ringtone that doesn't do anything. I happened to check my memory and I'm almost at capacity and I just got it last week! I'm freaking out because I looked through my user's manual and I have no idea how to delete ringtones. I'm pretty much technologically handicapped and I would appreciate anyone's insight. I am not sure if the ringtone and the memory are related; I'm just wondering. |

# Posted: 27 Mar 2007 19:53:37 To help you, I need to know what brand and model phone you are using. In general, I recommend trying to download images and ringtones from other people before trying to download your own. |
