I was just wondering if anything is different on the site from about 2 months ago. I used it before and was able to send ringtones to my phone as pix messages just fine and once i had received them i could play and save them. now when i send a sound file to my phone i get it but there is no option to play it. Also, wasnt there 2 ways to get the file to your phone when you were ready to send one? Now i just get the one option of WAP internet or whatever...anyways, sorry if that was confusing but i wasnt sure why it all of a sudden didnt work anymore. thanks

What phone model do you have?
Also please let me know if crostel pictures ever worked on your phone.

hey, thanks for getting back to me...its a samsung a930. i do get crostel pictures and i do have a pix message plan from verizon...everything used to work fine and i would get the ringtone as a pix message and the sound would play when i clicked play on my phone and i could save it under "My Sounds" and set it as my ringtone...now the option for that is gone for some reason (no longer a button that says "play". Anyways, thanks again for getting back to me and dont worry too much about it, i was just kinda wondering what was up...thanks again.

oh and by the way i just sent another picture to my phone that i just uploaded to crostel and it worked fine...it showed up and i was able to save it and set it as my background. i dont know if that helps at all but i thought i'd let you know. thanks a lot.

ok thanks a lot...and if its any help i just did the whole *228 thing and updated my phone because i thought that might be the problem but it still didnt work after that...thanks for your help
