Crostel forum / Ringtones / Phone test question |

# Posted: 24 Nov 2007 13:42:09 Hey i just signed up and am trying to take the phone test but there is one part that is confusing me. when i type in the url that is sent to me into my phone browser it just takes me to the crostel wap page and doesnt try to dl anything but the no option implies that nothing is happening. something is happening just not a download. do i still click no? |

# Posted: 25 Nov 2007 08:29:49 well, you should not have to type the address into your phone, it should come in the text message and then you just open it. if you get the text message, then that is the first green check mark. if you get the white logo, that is the second green checkmark and if you can see the black crostel logo then you have the third checkmark. |

# Posted: 26 Nov 2007 17:15:26 Thanks, i've gotten it all figured out now. i just tried to do a ringtone and it worked (though hours later). but yeah i have the u740 and theres no way to hit the link from within the text message or in the options so i had to copy. |

# Posted: 18 Jan 2008 10:54:06 I have switched my phone to the lg vx8700 for verizon wireless. i preformed the phone test and i received the link but i can't open it. i'm not sure but i think i had this problem with the lg vx 8600 can someone please help me. |
