# Posted: 31 Jan 2008 18:17:29 After I select the file I want to upload and click "upload..." the next screen says "0 files uploaded successfully". the only thing I can see on my end that may be causing a problem is the duration is being reported as 32 seconds. I don't know if there is a limit for mp3 duration on the site but the ringtone is really only 28 seconds. |

# Posted: 23 Apr 2008 08:07:36 looks like it worked for you.. i think you were seeing a delay. the server needs some time to convert the upload to a ringtone so you may not see it appear for 30 seconds or so after it is uploaded. |

I get the same error message when I try to upload a file, and the ringtone does not appear (I have tried several times over the past few days). The file is a 146kb .wma file that I have tried to upload directly from my computer and from another server via url link. Does anyone else get the "File uploaded." message but the ringtone does not show up? |

# Posted: 31 May 2008 00:45:48 ok, if I upload files as mp3 it works. Actual downloading to the phone is hit-or-miss; I think I have better luck with mp3 filesize < 80kb, but even then the ringtones don't always get delivered to my phone. |
