I have a SLIVER cell phone and had never ran into any problems up until a week or so. I sent some music ringtones to my phone and when I open the text message, I press "Download" and it gives me the following message: "Unable to Download. Please try again later"?? Do you know why it says this? Or how I can fix it to successfully receive the ringtone?
