Does your phone have service, at least 2 bars? I have the same phone as you. I've only had it 2 weeks. I'm learning and hope I can help you...really anyone. Let me know and see if we can't figure this out together. Today being Wed.30th @ 1:31 pm. Eastern time. Virginia.
