ive tried the test but i never recive any messages
Does your phone have service, at least 2 bars? I have the same phone as you. I've only had it 2 weeks. I'm learning and hope I can help you...really anyone. Let me know and see if we can't figure this out together. Today being Wed.30th @ 1:31 pm. Eastern time. Virginia.
Get back to me, okay? My email is tshensley@rcn.com Oh, this site is the only site of it's kind, at least that's my opinion. All the others (I've tried and tried) want a subscription of $9.99 a month. I dont' know how that works, but I dont' want any part of it. Bye for now!
If you have a TracFone you can only download polyphonic ringtones.
TracFone is blocking all MP3 ringtones from Crostel or any other ringtone site except there own. They strip the ringtone out of the message before it reaches your phone.
The only way you can download a MP3 ringtone is to buy one from TracFone's web site or through the browser on your phone.
The browser on all TracFone's have been crippled by TracFone. The only web sites you can visit are TracFone's web sites which is why the link download here at Crostel doesn't work.
If you try to download a polyphonic ringtone and the message does not go through do this... go to your Crostel profile and edit the Advanced Override, change the Media Type to audio/midi - change the extension to midi.
I had to change those settings to download the polyphonic ringtones. My phone is the TracFone Motorola W370.
