With the Tracfone LG3280, what kinds of ringtones can I send to my phone? And where can I get them?

i also have a LG3280 from tracfone and the ring tones aren't working on mine either.. shouldn't the ring tones on this site work on all phones? if im correct thats what i read. Please let me know

I will check our wallmart to see if I can find that phone to test it. Tracfone uses different carriers depending on your location and due to where you guys activated your phone, i can tell it will be tricky.

DOUG... the 3280 is the tracfone version of the LG VX3300 Exxactly the same different name!

I also have an LG 3280 tracfone and i can't seem to find any Ringtones for it, so if you know of anywhere that I can find them please let me know immediately

i just got the new Lg3280 also,I received the text but i had to look at the image on my computer.I just want a ringtone .

The LG3280 can only download ringtones if the carrier allows it. Thus you need to check with your carrier not just the spec sheet. Tracfone does not for this model. The only models that Tracfone allows downloadable ringtones are the LG255, Mot W370, Mot W376. Be sure that the phone you purchase is compatible with the communication protocols in your area. For example, in Bozeman, MT CDMA is prevalent. CDMA is excellent for mountainous terrain. However, These phones are not CDMA. The LG3280 is.
This information was given to me by Tracfone technical help on 8 17 08.
