I hate this phone so much, but it's all I have and I wanted to get some decent ringtones for it.
I recieved one of the ringtones I chose from here, but when I played it on my phone, it just made several irritating little beeps and stopped. Is there any way to fix this? I would appreciate some help. Thank you.

Hi,
I just listened to that ringtone ( http://www.crostel.com/my_space/displayimage.php?pos=-16730 ). And you're right the "nokia_sms" version is pretty irritating :)
I would say keep searching, there are some decent monophonic ringtones on this site.
You can always preview the ringtone on the website before sending to your phone. I have done a lot of work to make sure what you hear on the website preview is what you will hear on your phone. This way you don't waste your minutes downloading ringtones that you won't like.
I hope that helps.

Hi,
You can select "nokia sms" in the dropdown box before you send the ringtone to your phone.
FYI- The TracFone Nokia 1100 cannot use Pictures, MP3 or Polyphonic ringtones. It only works with monophonic ringtones (can only play one note at a time) and they have to be sent to the phone via SMS. This is because the phone does not have any internet support.
