For the TracFone Motorola v170 phone you are limited to monophonic ringtones.
To send a monophonic ringtone to your phone, you need to select the "Ringtones" tab and then after you click the play button, choose "motorola sms" option.
This will let you preview the monophonic ringtone before you send it to your phone.
