I have a motorola v170 with Tracfone, and when I send the ringtones, my phone does not receive them even if it says message sent. My number is correct and I am able to send regular text messages from the site to my phone. The network code on my phone says 310260. Do you have any idea why I am not receiving my ringtones?

310260 is what I expected, so there is no problem there. It is very strange that you can send text messages to the v170 from here but not ringtones. Did the ringtone preview sound OK before you clicked send?
I see you are selecting "motorola sms" which is correct for that phone.
Have you ever succefully recieved a ringtone from Crostel on that phone?
Also, are you roaming or anything?

Now when I try to send the ringtones it says "Resource id #16".

If you ever see the message "Resource id #16" on the crostel site when you send the ringtone to the phone this means that part of the ringtone is missing and cannot be sent.
This means you should need to pick a different ringtone.
