stlcardinalsfan721 - Make sure you listen to the ringtones by clicking play before you try send to the phone. If you can't hear the ringtone when you preview it, then the ringtone is broken and it won't send to your phone.
kickenklint - Your phone is not recieving ringtones for a different reason. I am working on a fix.
