Hi Doug,
I have a TracFone Motorola V170. I never received the text msg. from Crostel. I can text myself from this site and receive the msg. When I try to download a ringtone it says sent o.k. , but I don't receive the ringtone. I have been able to download ringtones until today even though I never received the text msg from Crostel.
Here is my available network, TracFone 310410. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

I forgot to say that when I text myself from the left side of the screen that I can receive that text. It wasn't working yesterday, but it is today. I still cannot receive the ringtones though. Please Help, I love this site and enjoy the ringtones. Thank You!

Still not able to download any ringtones. The only thing I can do is text myself from the left side of the screen. I can also reply to that text. I tried the phone test again and I get nothing.
I know that I can receive ringtones, I downloaded a sample ringtone from TracFone's website and I received it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for all the hard work!

You probably already know that the v170 cannot receive pictures. The MP3 realtones will not work with your phone. It will only work with motorola monophonic ringtones so make sure you choose only regular "Ringtones" and then select "older phone" then "motorola sms". The reason is that this phone has no internet access and can only play one note at a time.
310410 is right for your phone.

I still cannot receive the text message when I do the phone test, but I can download ringtones again. That's all that matters anyway. Thanks for all your help!!!
