ur probably using the sms motorola make sure its not set on the older phone model and choose Wap Internet thats what i had happen to me and it should work choose the one for Wap Internet soo it will send it in a over the air text message and then download straight to ur phone if u have any other questions just send me a text and also come get some of my crostel designs!!!
