My phone doesn't receive the test message, but it receives the messages from other phones and from the sender to the left of the screen. When I try to get the ringtones under the motorola sms option it just says, "Temporarily unavailable. This will be resolved by tomorrow morning. Sorry for the inconvenience." Is the problem with my phone or the site isn't working for the moment? Any help would be incredibly beneficial.

OK thanks, tracfone will be working again by Tuesday. I have already fixed the problem but it takes a while to start working again.
