# Posted: 22 Jul 2006 09:24:28 I've tried sending a ringtone to my Nokia 1221 Tracfone, and this is the error message I get: Unable to determine carrier id from pin or destination address I can normally receive ringtones, so I don't know what the problem is. Help! |

# Posted: 27 Jul 2006 00:44:23 To help you, It would help to get the network id for your phone. It's a 6 digit number in your phone settings. I don't have a 1221 right now to test so I don't know the exact menu location to get that number. |
