# Posted: 9 Nov 2007 13:55:45 Well, as far as I understand, if you want tones of the Motorola c319, you have to choose the "Motorola SMS" thing, but whenever I do that, it says it's "temporarily unavailable". What's the dealio? |

# Posted: 10 Nov 2007 06:20:03 sorry, aeris. TracFone[Verizon] means you have a Tracfone that is activated with Verizon as the sub-carrier. That is about the worst combination there is. It is very unlikely that phone will be able to get ringtones. Tracfones are generally very low-tech and Verizon is very stingy about letting mobile content like ringtones to be sent to your phone. -doug |

# Posted: 11 Nov 2007 10:31:06 Hi KahRistAhn! Sorry I missed your question.. Your phone is supported. There is a temporary problem with TracFones that will be corrected by Tuesday or late monday. Then it will work again as before. Like you said, since this is an older, low-tech phone, it only works with lo-fi monophonic ringtones. You need to select "I have an older phone" to get these. -doug |
