okay my question is how do you make the ringtones? and i would also like to find some ringtones for my Nokia 1100. so please tell me where to find them and how to make them. i don't even have a clue what a freaking midi file is. i am so confused.

Here are some simple ringtones for tracfones:
tracfone ringtones
Or you can type "tracfone" into the search box on this website.
Currently only nokia tracfones are supported and the ringtones are
monophonic.
To create your own tracfone ringtone you can upload a monophonic midi file into your crostel account. You can search google for the name of the song you want. For example "holiday.mid" or create your own using pc midi software.

only files that say (mono) after them on here work for me.. i have a nokia 2126 tracfone.... i guess it only supports monophonic tones.. not polyphonice or w/e. [which i think is what most ppl are uploading on here]
i dunno where to get/how to upload mono files though o.x

Why is it that i can't get ringtones. I am going to switch to go phone it seems so much better you actually download good songs and pics and it is just like a couple dollars more. Go phone is probably the best. they even have a camera phone!

I have a tracfone Motorola C155 and I can't seem to download any files either. I can send/recieve sms text messages just fine. I get two messages.. balance: 1 code something #16 and the other is something about being queued? I don't get it. Am I doing something wrong? I have YET to receive anthing from this website.

You were sending a ringtone to your phone back before this was a free site. It sounds like your account did not have credits. Try again and it should work. The C155 works perfectly with the 'motorola sms' MIDI ringtones on this site.
