# Posted: 2 Dec 2007 16:05:13 Hi, I can receive regular texts on my Nokia 2126 from Tracfone, and I've tried sending a test text from here and that works fine too. But when I send a ringtone,(I click on "got an older phone" then I click on Nokia sms) I get message failed. But I receive a text on my phone, and when I check it, it says"Premium messaging to this mobile number has been blocked. Only the account owner may request a change to this setting with his/her wireless service provider The thing is, it's a Tracfone, so there isn't a wireless service provider. For my phone number, tracfone uses the Verizon network, but I'm not a Verizon customer, so I can't give Verizon a call and say hey, I want to receive ringtones. Anyone no if there is something on the phone that I can do to allow the messages to come through or anything I can do to get ringtones? Thanks |
