# Posted: 5 Aug 2006 02:44:13 I know this is probably a dead topic, but I am VERY new with doing anything on my tracfone... So I was able to send myself a txt msg of a Realtone and also a picture. What do I do now? My phone only recognizes it as a txt msg, and thus gives me only the options of a txt msg. Such as save, use number, save address, etc. Am I sh** out of luck with this or is there something I'm missing? Thank you for your help. |

# Posted: 13 Aug 2006 20:24:01 To send a ringtone to a TracFone you must select a ringtone with the "nokia_sms" or "motorola_sms" option. The reason is that TracFones do not have internet access and they must be sent as sms messages. This is why pictures and realtones do not work. |
