# Posted: 29 Jan 2008 10:41:01 I have a tracfone c139 and i recieved both texts one with ringtone and one with wallpaper. but once i got them i didn't know what to do with them to get them on my phone. i read thru almost all the forum questions and i see that others had the same question i do but they were never answered. Maybe there should be a step by step directions for those of us out there that are just learning , that it is more than just something to talk with, about ringtones and things. Thank you in advance for any help i can get on how to get ringtones on my phone. |

# Posted: 16 Mar 2008 14:42:57 I wish someone would put out some instructions for us. The Tracfone website has ringtones there, but they don't support c139. I wish they would get some soon! |

I don't think there are any ringtones of the .mmy format here. You'll most likely have to type one of your own tunes into the mytones section. If do you receive a *nokia smart message* containing a ringtone, the phone will ask you if you want to play it (but will only play if it's a recognized format). If it plays you'll be offered the option to store it. As far as image files go I have no idea. I couldn't get one loaded on mine, I couldn't find out the format or anything about them. Keep checking maybe someone will come along with a better answer? |

# Posted: 16 Mar 2008 18:53:05 You can select 'older phone' option on Ringtones and that should work for the c139. Don't expect anything too hi-fi. The C139 phone has very limited capabilities. (crostel ringtone support for this phone may end in some months because it is expensive for us to send ringtones to this phone) |
