# Posted: 14 Aug 2006 12:33:32 Well , i tried accessing the site from my net10 phone and it says restricted site, so i guess net10 doesn't allow ringtone downloads from other sites. If u have anything to add, please feel free 2 do so. |

# Posted: 17 Aug 2006 22:36:33 In testing I was able to send a ringtone and picture to the Net10 motorola v176 phone. It will take at least several days to get it working on this site. I will update everybody when it is ready. |

# Posted: 23 Aug 2006 05:39:09 OK good news! It's ready. Thanks Gigalo for the tip. V176 fron Net10 is now a supported phone!! It works with pictures and polyphonic ringtones (non-mp3). (try to pick small pictures for now, if they are too big they won't work) -doug |

# Posted: 31 Oct 2006 13:24:47 Hi, I just signed up and downloaded a ringtone to my motorola v176 and when I saved it, 1. it does not sound like the sample poly that I heard 2. It only plays about 5 seconds of the ringtone. Am I doing anything wrong? or does the v176 simply does not support any poly tones on the site? |

# Posted: 1 Nov 2006 21:58:14 yea thats the same thing that happened to me, i guess that ringtones from this site just dont work, cuz like i actually bought some off the net 10 site and they worked fine (they were polyphonic). |

# Posted: 2 Nov 2006 03:38:25 For the v176 phone, if you only hear part of the poly ringtone it's because the file was too large for that phone. try sending a smaller sized ringtone. you can see the ringtone size by hovering the mouse over the ringtone picture. |

# Posted: 12 Nov 2006 01:46:35 no i definatly have enough space but like it only plays a part of the ringtone and it sounds really bad, i guess that the ringtones here just do not work on it at all |

# Posted: 12 Nov 2006 21:46:02 Guys, The whole ringtone is there. Just like you hear on the website. The problem you are noticing is only in the playback after recieving the ringtone (this is an issue with the v176) . Don't judge the ringtone until you SAVE it! Then go to: MainMenu-> MultiMedia -> Sounds You will hear the entire ringtone. I know it can be a little confusing, but TF does not have the best phones. We have to work around that sometimes. |

# Posted: 7 Feb 2007 12:59:34 Doug, I've been having the same problem with the V176 as chuckie2b and stemm. I saved the ringtone, went to: MainMenu-> MultiMedia -> Sounds. I didn't hear the entire ringtone, just the short, slow intro of the ringtone. Please help! |

# Posted: 7 Feb 2007 13:10:35 Whoever invented that phone must want people to suffer. It is confusing but there is a simple answer. Save the ring tone. After you save it you will hear the full length. Just like you hear on the website preview. |

# Posted: 7 Feb 2007 13:17:50 Uh...I did, I think. "Save Content" I went to Mutlimedia, and it still had the short version, not just like the website preview. |

# Posted: 7 Feb 2007 13:32:11 Do not select sms delivery for that phone b/c it has internet capability. You should select internet/wap delivery. This way you will get a good polyphonic ring tone. |

# Posted: 7 Feb 2007 14:44:32 Haha, of course that does not work either. Tried it twice. I've got the phone through Net 10 and they gave me the run around. So is there no true way to get a simple monophonic ringtone on the V176? |
