Here, under ringtone for the v176 it says:
Polyphonic (32 channels), MP3
So, does that mean you can use Realtones with the v176?

So far, I have only tried polyphonic and they DO work. That's interesting that gsmarena it says it supports mp3... I will try it.

I see you can record voice... create a new message and attach then you can record a voice recording. so I recoreded a song and sent it to myself, but i can not save it for a ringtone?

I just sent some ringtones and photos (wallpaper) to my NET10 Motorola v176 without any problems but the battery just died. After it's charged, I'm going to try the MP3's and see what I get. I'll post back.

I tried sending an MP3 ringtone to my phone but never received it even though on the web page it said sent OK. Hmmmm....

I just downloaded a real ringtone to my net 10 v176 motorola.. but it wont play! Theres a play button, so i clicked that and then it automatically says stop. How come it does that? =(

ive tried alot of MP3's and none work for this phone. i dont know why it says it they do, unless it means you can store them and listen to them or something with the speaker phone.

I just got a V176, but it says forbidden when I try to view a link. Also, when I try to download the midi files from my uploads it doesn't completely download even though I hear the full song when I click on the Crostel site. Help!
