29ui,
Try using Ringtones with that phone. the Realtones will not work because your phone has too little memory.

You may HAVE to call customer service. I have the same problem with this phone on Net10. They SAY it is internet capable, but I have yet to get anything but that "Error 403: Forbidden" message myself.
If I try to download pics for wallpaper or music for ringtones, I get a WAP address (whatever that is) but if I type all that into the phone, all I get is "Error 403: Forbidden".
For some reason this site works for me though. When I want a certain wallpaper, I crop the pic on my computer to the right size for my phone (128 x 160) and then upload it to my profile page here. Then from my page I just send it to my phone. Seems like the long way around, but it DOES work.

Internet access from net10 is very braindamaged.
You can mms a new image in GIF form to your phone. Email it to PhoneNumber@mms.att.net
It costs 2.5 units per download. . .
If you try to MMS an MP3 file it gets stripped from the mail. . . What a bunch of crap. Supposedly the phone is capable
of playing mp3 polyphonic ringtones.
Net10 is a super budget carrier and their philosophy is to disable advanced features of the phones and force you to buy
stuff from them.

Kakunaka-
braindead indeed. i know about net10 from personal experience :)
one thing to remember is that not all net10 phones use att as a subcarrier.
in your crostel profile, you need to select net10 as your carrier then type in your phone number
and click "check".
this will do a carrier lookup on your phone number and automatically choose the correct email address to use.
