it depends on what kind of ringtone you guys are wanting if it is a poly or mono u can get them but Tracfone/Net10 says u can get realtones on that phone and its suppose to have a mp3 player but tracfone has stated that the mp3 player is not up and running yet and u might be having about a 5 month wait on that guys soo u should do like me i went out and got a prepaid T Mobile Samsung and i get real tones and stuff ^^ plus internet t mobile prepaid was alot cheaper too i hope this info i have given u inspires u to try T Mobile Prepaid Phones trust me they much more worth it :)

the W375 will play a real tone, i downloaded a voice tone form the phones browser, so it does work, it just doesnt accept files from this site for some reason, but id guess there has to be a way around it somehow.

Yeah I think the only way to get a real tone is to open your browser and go to crostel from there. I do know however that you can get realtones directly from net 10 but it costsyou like 35 minutes of airtime

The best way to get ringtones is to download them onto your computer.
If you have the W375 you can send an email to yourself and find out what your email address is on your phone.
then you can send the ringtones on your computer to your cell through email as an attachment.
all it costs me is 2.50 minutes which isnt bad considering net 10 charges almost 30.

I know this is kind of late and all but Net10 has pretty much locked the phones so that mostly the only ringtones and such you can get is from their website only. If anyone knows a way around this please do tell. I've tried almost everything I could think of, but my phone is locked like hardcore. When I called Net10 about it, they like hung up the phone on me and wouldn't answer any questions I had pretaining to the downloading of ringtones from other sites that support Net10 type phones. -Shrugs-
