# Posted: 21 Oct 2006 22:28:27 I need to track down a MM-8300 to test this. I have a Sanyo SCP-3100 from sprint and it works OK. It's a long shot but maybe you can try turning your phone off and on and making sure there is space.... Also try to download smaller sized pictures. (you can tell the size by hovering over the picture. under 10k should be fine) |

# Posted: 11 Mar 2008 22:55:44 I have the rumor phone and it now states that the downloading is failed and it will not let me download any ringtones.I did the phone test and I receive the text message but when It time for the downloading it will not download but I can receive picture now but not my ringtone.It has download failed what is the problem please help |
