# Posted: 23 Jan 2007 14:33:56 It looks to me like the last time you tried was yesterday. If you tried today then it didn't register (your browser or phone cached the old attempt). You should try now with a new ringtone and picture. The reason I say try it today, is because I just fixed a big issue with Sprint ringtone delivery this morning and it should fix the problem that Sprint users were having. -doug |

# Posted: 23 Jan 2007 14:53:38 if you don't get the blue dots, try holding down the control key and press the F5 button at the top of your keyboard. It could be that your browser is caching the result so F5 will reload the page.) To completely clear the cache in IE: Click on 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' and choose the 'General' tab. In the 'Temporary Internet files' section, click 'Delete Files...'. You will then get a dialogue box asking if you want to delete just the temporary files, or all offline content. Choose the latter and click 'OK'. also, please try a picture and a regular ringtone to your phone. Let me know if they work for you. -doug |
