    you have to take a song you already have and load it into wavepad (full version program preferably) and then cut the section of the song you want as a ringtone and paste it into a new project...you can edit it to fade out if you want too...don't make it more than like 25 secs...then you save it as an mp3 format (best quality) and make sure the bitrate is around 80 it can be a little more or less..then you're set...and a little tip..you can email it to your phone YOURPHONENUMBER@vzwpix.com thats how i used to do it...or you can upload it on here
