It looks to me like you need to take the ringtone test b/c you have no test results under the name of your phone

Hey DOug I have a rumor and I cant receive anything like no pictures or ringtones and that now it states that my phone is not compaitable when it was and not I did the phone test and that is not even working can you please help me
